Job Summary and ResponsibilitiesAs our Vascular Surgeon, you will join CommonSpirit Memorial Vascular Surgery Specialists, as a member of our growing team in Chattanooga, Tennessee. You will practice within a collaborative medical staff supported by a strong regional referral network while making a meaningful impact on patients throughout Southeast Tennessee and Northwest Georgia. You will play a vital role to help the team achieve excellent patient care, quality outcomes, and superior patient satisfaction within a community dedicated to clinical excellence and innovation.
Every day, you will diagnose and treat a wide range of arterial and venous diseases, including peripheral arterial disease, aortic aneurysms, carotid artery disease, deep vein thrombosis, varicose veins, and venous insufficiency. You will be expected to perform a variety of surgical procedures and manage all aspects of patient care, from initial consultation and diagnosis through pre-operative workup, surgical intervention, and post-operative follow-up. In this role, you will also provide comprehensive wound care for complex vascular-related wounds and collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team including cardiologists, primary care physicians, and other specialists to ensure integrated patient care.
To be successful in this role, you must be a fellowship-trained, highly skilled, and dedicated Board Certified/Board Eligible Vascular Surgeon who is fully committed to growing a practice in our community and ensuring excellent patient care, quality outcomes, and superior patient satisfaction. In your role, you will:
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of arterial and venous diseases, including peripheral arterial disease, aortic aneurysms, carotid artery disease, deep vein thrombosis, varicose veins, and venous insufficiency.

- Manage all aspects of patient care, from initial consultation and diagnosis through pre-operative workup, surgical intervention, and post-operative follow-up.
- Provide comprehensive wound care for complex vascular-related wounds.
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team including cardiologists, primary care physicians, and other specialists to ensure integrated patient care.
We are offering a competitive compensation and benefits package that includes a guaranteed base salary for your first year, production and quality incentives, commencement bonus, and relocation assistance. Job RequirementsRequired
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
- Completion of a fully accredited Vascular Surgeon Fellowship program
- Board-Certified / Board-Eligible
- Ability to obtain an active medical license & DEA in the state of Tennessee and/or Georgia
- AHA ACLS certification
