The Medical Instrument Technician (Echocardiography) position is within the Diagnostics Service of the Beckley, WV VA Medical Center. This position is a fee basis position with intermittent hours. This is not a permanent position. Duties may include, but are not limited to: Provides numerous diagnostic studies using a variety of ultrasound modalities in conjunction with clinical protocols and procedures to evaluate cardiovascular status utilizing, but not limited to, echocardiography, carotid doppler studies, stress electrocardiography, and transesophageal echocardiography.
