Nemours Children's Health is seeking an experienced leader to become Chief of the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit in Jacksonville, Florida. Candidates should have strong credentials in pediatric critical care medicine in addition to a demonstrated history of recruiting, mentoring, and developing a team. The selected leader will ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based, family-centered critical care to pediatric patients while advancing institutional goals in education, research, and clinical excellence. Key responsibilities: Oversee PICU operations including staffing, scheduling, budget management and resource allocation Collaborate with hospital leadership, nursing, and other departments to coordinate interdisciplinary ca
