Job Description Responsible for the accurate enrollment and billing process. Maintains related documents, updates corresponding records and responsible for enrollment and billing queries. Collaborates with the billing service function to support electronic and technical operations. Handles complex enrollment or billing issues and reports to the manager with the relevant updates.Principal Accountabilities: Corresponds with customers or patients to resolve billing issues and queries. Updates and maintains daily billing and invoice records and documentation. Interacts with cu
