Indiana University Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced Cardiovascular Genetic Counselor Manager to lead our team of cardiovascular genetic counselors. The role combines clinical expertise, leadership and program development to ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care and the advancement of cardiovascular genetics services.Key Responsibilities· Supervise and mentor a team of cardiovascular genetic counselors and a genetic counseling assistant· Provide strategic direction and oversee the operations of the cardiovascular genetics program, ensuring compliance with ethical, medical, legal and regulatory guidelines· Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices for the cardiovascular genetics program.
