Description UNC Rex is seeking a Thoracic Surgeon. Ideal candidates should have experience in the robot-assisted treatment of thoracic surgical disease including benign and malignant disease of esophagus, foregut, lung, mediastinum, pleura, chest wall, trachea and diaphragm. Additionally, candidates will have experience in robot-assisted lobectomy and robot-assisted esophagectomy. Advanced endoscopic procedures and first rib resection or pectus repair a plus. Candidates will be board-certified or board-eligible in thoracic surgery.
