VA San Diego is hiring 2 Medical Instrument Technicians to work part-time (20 hours per week) in Anesthesiology Service. You will function as a member of the anesthesia care team, and will be under the direct supervision of the Chief of Anesthesiology and the Chief Anesthesiology Technician. Basic Requirements: United States Citizenship: Citizen of the United States. English Language Proficiency: Candidates must be proficient in spoken and written English to be appointed under authority of 38 U.S.C., chapter 73 or 74, to serve in a direct patient-care capacity in VHA. May qualify based on being covered by the Grandfathering Provision as described in the VA Qualification Standard for this occupation (only applicable to current VHA employees who are in this occupation and meet the criteria).
