The incumbent's principal responsibilities are to perform difficult imaging procedures inclusive of angiography and interventional radiology. Duties would include angiographic studies and interventional procedures (stent placement, angioplasties, thrombolysis, biopsies, drainage systems, etc.).Interventional Radiology procedures are performed in a surgical type setting in the Radiology Service with the Interventional Radiologist or Vascular Surgeon. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
