Responsibilities POSITION SUMMARY: The Interventional Radiology Physician Assistant (RPA) works in collaboration with the Interventional Radiologists to provide Comprehensive Care for patients. The Physician Assistant is responsible for the following tasks: pre-assessment, intervention, and evaluation; completing history and physical exams, ordering diagnostic studies, interpreting test results, performing radiological procedures under imaging guidance, providing oral and written communication with referring physicians and other clinical staff, developing and implementing patient treatment plans all under the guidelines set forth in the policies and procedures and Bylaws of South Texas
