The University of New Mexico Hospital is the state’s only Level I Trauma Center and the primary academic medical center. In addition, UNMH is the county hospital for Bernalillo County and is an Advanced Care Stroke Center along with an advanced ECMO program. This diverse patient population makes providing pharmaceutical care to patients a unique and challenging opportunity. There are 3-4 ICU pharmacists providing clinical services for three 24 bed adult ICUs: Trauma/Surgical/Burn, Medical/Cardiac, and Neuroscience ICU. This position is a 7-on 7-off swing shift pharmacist position. Responsibilities include providing pharmaceutical care for the three adult ICUs, collaborating with the multidisciplinary care teams, and responding to medical emergencies. There are
