Job Summary: Uses ultrasound to visualize cardiac structures and great vessels, evaluate the structure and function of the heart and completely define any recognized abnormalities. Assists the physician with complex ultrasound procedures including stress echocardiography, transesophageal echocardiograms and pericardiocentesis procedures. Performs peripheral vascular ultrasound exams as competency allows.
