Summary:

Westchester Medical Center (WMC) is seeking a medical oncologist specializing in Thoracic Oncology to join our growing Division of Hematology and Oncology.The individual will be expected to lead and develop a thoracic medical oncology program in collaboration with the Departments of Surgery and Radiation Oncology.The candidate will have to opportunity to expand clinical operations across the WMC Health Network and should have an active interest in the development and conduct of clinical trials and as well as fellow and resident education.The successful candidate will have the opportunity to participate in initiatives in the WMC Cancer Center including expansion of the Cancer Clinical Trials Office (CCTO), translational research, and quality of care/outcomes research.The position will report directly to the Chief of the Division of Hematology and Oncology and includes a faculty appointment at New York Medical College with rank commensurate with accomplishments.Applicants must be board-certified or board eligible in Medical Oncology and be eligible for a New York Medical License.
