DescriptionSUBFUNCTION DEFINITION: Takes radiologic films or other scans of various portions of the body to assist in the detection of foreign bodies and the diagnosis of diseases and injuries.SCOPE: To function as an imaging technologist in the field of interventional radiology. To communicate; facilitate; and coordinate patient care delivery and effective communication within the medical center; which is dedicated to the care of the pediatric population and those with childhood conditions; through high quality diagnostic procedures.
