Description Position Summary VUMC TempForce has opportunities for Perioperative Support Technicians. In this role you will assist the patient care manager with the coordination of the daily patient surgical schedule in conjunction with the charge nurse, physician, and staff nurse with regular guidance. Ensure instrumentation and supplies are verified according to preference cards and added to case cart prior to entry into operating room. Ensure the appropriate specialty equipment is available and placed in each operating room prior to the scheduled procedure. Deliver sterile supplies and equipment to the Operating Room.
