The region’s leading network of healthcare providers, Inspira Health is seeking an Assistant Vice President of our Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Service Line. You will be responsible for the overall growth and development of cardiovascular and pulmonary at all locations system-wide, including coordination, development, team facilitation, physician relations and strategic planning. We will rely on you to:

• Actively identify and evaluate growth opportunities based on market analysis and healthcare trends and develop necessary supporting analysis to aid in program approval and implementation
• Build and maintain working relationships with internal stakeholders, referring physicians and industry professionals
• Provide ongoing programmatic analysis based on expected deliverables and key performance indicators and project pro forma assumptions
• Provide strategic planning and vision for new services and technology
• Oversee physician recruitment, onboarding and retention
• Provide market share analysis and competitor intelligence
• Participate in quality committee

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in business or healthcare administration, nursing or related healthcare field
• 5-7 years of experience in a health-related industry with responsibilities in management and/or program development
• Program development or strategic planning in cardiovascular and pulmonary service line preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, including strong interpersonal skills
• Organizational, analytical, financial and project management skills
• Self-motivated, with solid knowledge of business planning methods, team facilitation, marketing concepts and data collection/analysis
• Proven ability to motivate teams within a matrix environment
