Summary

Performs duties directly involved with a variety of specialized technical procedures applying ionizing radiation or other forms of energy. Must have a sound knowledge of all procedures being performed in the endovascular operating room (EVOR). Maintains the equipment and supplies in the EVOR. Operates all equipment according to manufacturers� specifications.

Education

Required: AA Degree

Experience

Preferred: Two (2) years experience as an interventional radiologic technologist is preferred; previous endovascular procedures training a plus

Certifications

• ARRT registered, Florida CRT license, and American Heart Association BLS certification required
• Vascular Interventional Radiography credential required within 12 months of hire into the EVOR Technologist position
